Writing and submitting an assignment

How to write an assignment?

How to prevent cheating and plagiarism?

You are obliged to know which rules apply to the use of aids/sources for the individual exam/final assessment and other student works and tests (for example coursework requirements.

You are also obliged to know what is considered cheating/attempted cheating in connection with the use of aids and/or sources.

You have an individual responsibility to acquire knowledge about academic writing, citing sources and reference technique.

You confirm that you are familiar with this when you register for the semester in Studentweb.

Self-declaration

When you submit a written coursework requirement, exam paper, bachelor or master thesis to be assessed, you confirm to have read and understood the content of the self-declaration for student work and the rules of academic writing and source referencing.

Written assignments

Written assignments are submitted as a coursework requirement or an exam. Examples of such are portfolios, projects, home exams, essays, scientific papers/articles, reports etc.

When submitting an assignment you must follow the guidelines given for the assignment in question. You will find the guidelines in the course description, in Inspera Assessment and/or given specifically by the teacher/supervisor in Canvas.
