What about DropBox, Google Drive and similar solutions?

HiØ recommends that you use HiØ's storage solutions and solutions where you can log in with HiØ usernames and passwords to store HiØ related information. You should not use DropBox, Google Drive and the like to store HiØ-related information. If you need document sharing and co-writing, you can use the cloud services described here.
