Duties
- Ensures the establishment, maintenance and evaluation of effective and efficient policies to support and enhance academic standards and learning and teaching across the Academy
- Management and co-ordination of academic planning for taught provision within the Academy
- Coordinates academic development and approval processes across the Academy, and has overall responsibility for the maintaining of the definitive record of the taught curriculum
- Has responsibility for ensuring an appropriate programme focus within the Academy, together with program-coordinators and artistic directors
- Provides overall management to the students recruitment processes and exams at the Academy
- Production management, in close collaboration with the technical and artistic departments in the making of students productions.
- Budgeting and mentoring of Master's students productions
- Active member of NTA digital communications team
- Liaises with other academic institutions in research and development in the expanded scenography and performing arts fields
- International Co-ordinator for Norwegian Theatre Academy
