"Spatial Clowning - with empathy for our surroundings” is a project that aims at finding a method for how to use the clown as a spatial lens for intervening and interacting with the everyday environment of a junior high school. The project aims at researching how to use the philosophy of the clown for communication and creating, and as a fundamental anarchy for working within an institution. The project has unfolded in Haugeåsen junior high school, who also has been a collaborator together with teacher Sunniva van Eeden and 8th graders in the subject Sal og Scene.

This project is executed by Oda Holmvik Bredvold, as her last project at the bachelor program in scenography at the Norwegian Theatre Academy. The project ends with an exhibition of all the material, thoughts and feelings in and around the process, and it's this exhibition we invite you to come and experience.

No tickets are needed, and the audience is free to come and go as they want.
