SMALL ACTS OF PEACE

Location: Park area in front of the main entrance of Østfold University College at Kråkerøy
No tickets needed! During the three hours, you are welcome to join us on top of the hill outside of the campus main entrance.
"Small acts of peace is a series of performance art actions in public space, institutions, in between them and in life. Performances create moments for pauses – to sense and imagine. The art happens in small doable possible manual everyday actions with devices that are easily available to hold a space for being.
My family will stay in the university campus yard at baby afternoon nap time. By the greenery and trees, there are three soft spots for audio stories, 15 minutes each. You are welcome to explore them in wished order, as well as to have a discussion with us about actions of peace. You can stay as long or short as you like. Hang with us."
The door to Mari's studio space will be open as well, where she will share a photography and poetry exhibition of archival material.
