- 2005 - 2017: Teacher of English and Norwegian in upper secondary schools, International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme teacher (English, Norwegian & TOK) and coordinator
- 2017 - 2020: Content producer and editor of digital learning resources in English at Norwegian Digital Learning Arena (NDLA.no)
- 2020 -: Assistant professor at Østfold University College, Faculty of Teacher Education, Academic community of ICT in teaching and learning
- 2020 -: Author of English textbooks: Scope 1 (2021), Scope 2 (2022) and digital resources at Aschehoug Undervisning
