Background

Worked in scondary school since 1993. Finished a master degree in 2017, where I did a 1,5 year long study on teachers developing relational competence and phronesis and the school as a learning organization.

Guest lectured at HiØ since 2016

Doing research at interdisciplinary outdoor education and on teachers development and use of phronesis.
