Project Manager. Applied, received and have been responsible for three HKdir - The Directorate for Higher Education and Skills (www.hkdir.no) financed and supported projects, entitled and applied as:

  • Exploring and challenging your project skills in a new and international arena for Norwegian and Chinese students
  • Learning business cultures through summer practices - An Internship Abroad program with Beijing Jiaotong University in China
  • A student action-based teaching and research collaboration in conceptualizing of mechatronics and robotics green applications with St. Petersburg Electrical University.

 

2021-2025 Østfold University College. Norway

Project Member and active contributor to a HKdir financed and supported project, entitled as “Educating Leaders for a Sustainable Economy”. Responsible for post-graduate student exchange mobilities as a part of this project.

 

2006 – 2010 Østfold University College. Norway

Initiator and board member of the First International Conference of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (ICIE) on 17-19 October, 2006 at Shijiazhuang University of Economics (SUE) in Hebei, China, organized jointly by SUE, China, Hochschule Wismar, Germany and Østfold University College, Norway.

1993–1994 Agder University College. Grimstad, Norway

Project Member – participated in a NORAD sponsored Cooperative Research Program with IDM (Institute of Development Management) in Mzumbe, Tanzania. Applied, proposed and received NOK 100.000, - for a research collaborative project with two IDM colleagues, on site in Tanzania:

  • The project was a cross-cultural study on quality issues for fish consumers.
  • The field study was conducted in Tanzania, cooperated by IDM colleagues.
  • The project outcomes were presented at IDM in Tanzania and at ICQ96, International Conference on Quality 1996, Yokohama in Japan.

  • The project was funded through the Ministry of Education, USA.
  • It was a cross-cultural study on organizational behavior/effectiveness.

Project Manager. Applied, received and have been responsible for a NUV Norwegian Agency for Digital Learning in Higher Education (Norgesuniversitetet, previous https://hkdir.no/) supported project (NOK 750.000,-) for Industrial and practice integrated study module in bachelor education of innovation and project management for 2009-2012 (project no. P45/2009).

Project Manager. Applied, received and have been responsible for a NUV supported project (NOK 350.000,-) for a flexible and online educating program for 2007-2008 (project no. 51/2007).

Project Coordinator: Initiated, organized, applied and received funding from NUV, for  3 R& D related online projects and conducted the evaluation work for projects (totally NOK 1 mill.) for 2002-2005 (project no. 56/2002, 54/2003, 73/2004)
