Background
Fange holds a PhD in Economics from NMBU (2022) and a Master's degree from the same university. In general, Fange's thesis examines the efficiency outcomes resulting from the Norwegian electricity market reform that was introduced in the early 1990s. More specifically, the thesis analyzes the efficiency outcomes of incentive regulation for electricity network companies, the inherent nature of household consumers and their attitudes towards market participation, and the development of electricity prices.
