Two days, four teams and 20 students from Master Green energy technology and Bachelor Innovation and management. Students working in cross-disciplinary teams on real-life challenges on green energy technology for Østfold Energi AS using the multi business model innovation framework from the GREENBIZZ-Project with support from the Innovation research group and the incubator Drivhuset Østfold.
We congratulate Sarmed Ali, Aya El-Helou, Clare Isingoma, Elise Mojord, and Muhammed Moshin Zahidas as winners of the Østfold Energi sprint 2021 introducing Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carriers to the existing business model ecosystem. The jury of Egil Erstad (Østfold Energi), Bjørn Gitle Hauge (Greenbizz) and Bjørn B Nyhus (Drivhuset Østfold) emphasize how the “the winning team demonstrated a systematic approach to the challenge. They presented a new disruptive idea for storing surplus energy as hydrogen in organic/chemical material and they supported the idea with data for cost an resources connected to hydrogen production."
