Together we explored how to analyze large amounts of text (such as interview transcripts). As a starting point we used the article, Exploring perceptions of Lean in the public sector publisert i PUBLIC MONEY & MANAGEMENT2023, VOL. 43, NO. 1, 64–72. and experiences from the Interreg FREIIA project workshops at Bornholm.

Interreg Greenbizz and Interreg FREIIA researchers Gunnar Andersson, Frode Ramstad Johansen, Bjørn Gitle Hauge, Mirielle Torgersen, Lars Gunnar Furelid Tellnes and Per Valter published the article Co-Creating a Learning Community: Teaching Sustainability in Higher Education in the International Journal of Advanced Corporate Learning. It is our White paper on teaching and researching sustainability.

We welcome John Erik Andreassen and his research on strategic management. John Erik is currently working on his PhD at Stavanger University. We see this as one step in the ongoing process of strengthening the research capacity in the group for the benefit for our students and our regional partners.

The Trustworthy AI Lab at Ostfold University College is participating to this pilot project of the Z-inspection® initiative which aims at assessing the use of Generative AI in higher level education considering specific use cases.
Tema var medarbeiderdrevet innovasjon og "relativt komplekse prosess-, kvalitets-, og operasjonelle problem". IPL og Bio-ingeniørstudentene jobbet sammen på problemer fra egen praksis, basert på metoder som A3 og Brainwriting. Dette er tredje året på rad studenter og fagansatte samarbeider om modulen Innovasjon og drift av medisinske laboratorier. Vi diskuterte erfaringer og veien videre på SHB lunsjtreff 2. november. Vi takker for gode spørsmål og diskusjoner på et tema vi ønsker å utvikle videre sammen.
Prosjektet styrker regionens samarbeid på kunnskapsutvikling og entreprenørskap, og fremmer entreprenørskapskompetanse for studenter ved HiØ og NMBU. Satsingen er i første omgang rettet inn mot fagfeltene helse- og ingeniørfag ved HiØ og bioressurser, bioteknologi og mat ved NMBU.
God utdanningskvalitet er for oss resultatet av et lagarbeid mellom studenter, fagansatte og samarbeidspartnere utenfor høgskolen, der undervisning, forskning og regional utvikling koples sammen.

While Digdir provided information on their guide for responsible development and use of artificial intelligence, the Innovation research group introduced our new initiative, the Thrustworthy AI-lab, which focuses on assessing the reliability of AI systems.
We use big EU funded international research projects as the motor in green transitions in collaboration with industry and students. We shared the mindset and specifics based on our experiences from Interreg Greenbizz, EAA FETREC and Interreg FREIIA. We also invited partners to take part in the Interreg Greenbizz 2 that we have started to build.
