Feasibility study (2019 – 2021) aimed to establish the need and buy-in for a digital platform for skills transfer from hospital to municipal health and social care services, according to the Coordination Reform of 2012.
Pilot (2021 – 2022) aimed to assess the impact of the digital learning platform’s introduction in the course of one year.
Outcome: Pilot completed; outcome expected beyond 2022.
