This implies 50% founding from the NRC, and 50% founding from Kongsvinger correctional services.
OBSERVE: The PhD-project and application is developed as part of the PSW RG. Though as Østfold Uni College did not have a PhD-program at the time, the money allocated is not received by ØUC. The project is located at Göteborg University.
