Title: Psychosocial work and health promotion, with particular attention to professionals (2015-ongoing)
Objectives: To strengthen professionals who work with patients, inmates, clients, pupils and students through research and teaching, with particular attention to work that is part of the public and private health, welfare and social services.
Outcome:
- Two research anthologies on psychosocial work in 2019 and 2014 used in the MPSA curriculum and contributing to the ongoing development of psychosocial work as an academic field and a practice field. - Letter of intent with Halden Prison secured and renewed, enabling the development of new research projects as well as MPSA MA theses.
- Participation of MA students in RG research publications and 2 PhD projects based on practice experience (see below).
- Research and publications on educational practice: (i) Use of theatre as pedagogical strategy in master thesis work (research article submitted 2023); (ii) Initiation of research project on a decade of thesis work
