Notification of plans
Before you start working on your application for external funding, it is important that you read through carefully the guidelines for the processing of applicatioan for externally finances research projects.
The Vice Dean of Research and Head of the Institute should be notified about your plans as soon as possible! Follow the description of the process from the guidelines.
Find the evaluation letter from the previous round
Read the feedback from the evaluation letters and fix what was missing from the previous application or project. It can also be useful to talk with your colleagues, who have been successful in receiving grant funding and receive suggestions or tips from them.
Problems with finding a partner?
Project databases can help you to find a partner(s) from other, relevant projects. You can search relevant themes in the NFRs project bank and in the EUs database CORDIS. The EUs Funding & tenders portal also has its own database for partner searches.
