Deadlines
The deadline for registering publications from the previous year is 31 January the following year. Publications registered after this date will not be included in the annual statistics.
This year’s publications and projects: Østfold University College sends an annual report to the Database for Statistics on Higher Education (DBH) and requires the data in relation to internal budget allocation. It is very important that everyone registers their work within the given deadline.
Retrospective Registration: Individuals are free to register previous works that have not already been entered into the database. This can be done at any time, regardless of the deadline.
Every November, the head librarian sends out a letter with a specific deadline to all academic employees.

Individual Employees

are responsible for ensuring that their own works are registered.

must, on request, present published work to the persons responsible for Cristin at the Library Section regarding bibliographic information checks.
The Dean

is primarily responsible for ensuring that employees at the Faculty register their work. Registered works are important in relation to DBH reporting (levels 1 and 2) and the proportion of result-based redistribution the Faculty receives.
The Library

Persons responsible for Cristin at the Library Section will check the bibliographic information and will approve the selected category.

Persons responsible for Cristin make necessary corrections.

The head librarian is responsible for reporting to DBH.
