Local negotiations are conducted each year in accordance with Section 2.5.1 of the master collective agreements.

The HR Policy is an overarching document based on the strategic plan for the University College. University College procedures, guidelines and instruments are all derived from the HR Policy.

HiØ has prepared notification procedures for this type of case for both students and employees. The webpage Si ifra also has information about how to handle a case a colleague or student notifies you of.

Employees and students shall not be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating or narcotic substances during working hours, or be absent due to the use of intoxicating substances.

The ethical guidelines shall remind us that we have a moral obligation in the interpersonal relationships we develop at the Østfold University College.
