As a new student at Østfold University College, you are welcome to participate in one of the highlights of the academic year, FADDERUKA!
Are you starting your studies at Østfold University College this autumn? Then we strongly recommend you read more about Fadderuka 2023! This year's Fadderuka is filled with exciting and fun activities that will give you a good start! You will get to know your classmates, the campus and the city that will be your home during your studies.
We in Fadderstyret (the student group who are organizing Fadderuka) are focusing on inclusion and team building, which is why we have planned a large variety of activities. In other words, there's room for everyone! You can choose which events you wish to attend, and we hope to see you there during all the events!
We have worked hard to ensure that you will:
- Make new friends
- Make good memories
- Get to know your place of study and your city
- Get a good study environment, also after Fadderuka
Fadderuka start on August 15 and last until August 26. These days are filled with various exciting events, which you don't want to miss! We hope you will join us, and we are looking forward to seeing you!

How do I sign up?

Where do I find the program?
You'll find the program to this year's Fadderuke on our Facebook.
How do I contact the organizers, Fadderstyret?
You can contact us though Facebook. You'll also see us around campus, we will be wearing yellow t-shirts. During Fadderuka we'll be available and easy to spot on both campus.
I haven't signed up online for Fadderuka, can I still join the activities?
If you havn't signed up before the start of your studies, please do this as soon as possible. Unfortunately, you cannot participate in any of the events at Fadderuka without having registered online and received a wrist band. The online registration will start after summer.
How do I get a ribbon if I arrive late?
Please visit us at our stand during Fadderuka, and get your ribbon on site. You must have signed up online to be able to get a wrist band. The online registration will start after summer.
