Halden Student Community (HSS) and Fredrikstad Student Community (FSS) serve as umbrellas for all social activities at our campuses. All students at HIØ automatically becomes members of HSS or FSS.
The communities' main task is to engage students in different activities and events. Most activities are financed by the Foundation for student life (SiØ)
