The spring semester officially starts on January 3 (see Academic Calendar) and, in order to help you get off to the best start possible, the International Office will host a mandatory information meeting for all exchange students at the beginning of the semester. The information meeting will cover many important topics regarding your time at Østfold University College. We will introduce you to several of the key people that will be good resources for you during your time with us, such as the International Office staff, student leaders, Service Desk, IT-staff, and Foundation for Student Life and faculty.
The meeting will last until 12:00 and will conclude with a lunch hosted by the International Office.
This meeting is mandatory so there is no need to sign-up but, because of the lunch, we need to know how many are coming to the lunch and if you have any dietary restrictions.
