Exchange students are able to make changes to their course choices for the fall 2024 semester up until September 1. After this date, it will no longer be possible to add courses.
Once students have received their admission and signed Learning Agreement, any course changes will only be addressed after the start of the fall semester.
In order to make course changes, exchange students should do the following:
- Check with the International Office that the course you wish to add is still available
- If available, check with your home university that the course is approved
- If approved, make the necessary changes to your Learning Agreement and send the new learning agreement for signing to your home university and then to the International Office at HiØ
- Once the Learning Agreement is finalized the changes will be made and you must confirm the change in Studentweb
All changes must be confirmed in Studentweb no later than September 1.
