The Immigration Office in Sarpsborg has set up group appointments for international students at HiØ that need to either submit documents or register with the police. The date for these group appointments is Tuesday, February 7 and the appointments will be in the afternoon. Students will receive a more detailed time for their appointment after they have signed-up using the form below.
It is important that students know what they have to do before the appointment and what they need to bring to their appointment. The information on our website can be a good place to start gathering information but it is important to note that you have to always refer to the information provided on the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration's website.
While HiØ helps to book these appointments, students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Immigration Office.
THE DEADLINE TO SIGN-UP IS FRIDAY, JANUARY 27. Appointment times will be given assigned on a first come, first serve basis - so it is a good idea to sign up early!
