SFB12808 Norwegian as a Foreign Language I (Autumn 2018)

Knowledge
The student has basic knowledge of oral Norwegian.

The student understands and can use the language in everyday situation.

The studens has basic knowledge of the Norwegian society.

Forms of teaching and learning

40 h seminars.
The language of instruction is English and Norwegian

Workload

The course will give the student approximately 210 hours of work.

Coursework requirements - conditions for taking the exam

A short essay must be submitted during the semester.

The coursework must be approved before signing up for the final exam

Examination

Individual, oral examination, lasting approx. 30 minutes.

Permitted aids: Dictionary.

Grades: A-F.

Examiners

External and internal examiner or two internal examiners.

Course evaluation

Student evaluation of teaching will be carried out in the middle and at the end of the semester.
