Summary: This book tells the story of Ethan who needs a monster under his bed to fall asleep. One day, his regular monster, Gabe, leaves a note saying he’s gone fishing and will be away for a week. Several substitute monsters appear under Ethan’s bed, but he rejects them all because they are not as scary as Gabe. Finally, Gabe returns from his fishing tour.
