I understand that my personal information, including name, photo, email address, campus, department affiliation, etc., will be recorded and made available in the College's online catalogues.
This includes the systems where personal information is required, such as in library systems and the learning management systems.
If I disagree with this, I will give written notice to the IT manager.
I agree that the recordings of lectures where I participate actively may be published to the public. If I oppose this, I will not participate actively and in advance give notice to the responsible lecturer that such participation be edited out.
This signature applies to the prevailing IT rules above. The latest version is always available from our front pages, here. When significant changes are made to this document HIOF is responsible for notifying students and employees, and also publish notification on our front page.
