Prosjektet utforsker hvordan profesjonelle barnevernsarbeidere opplever og erfarer bruken av digitale verktøy i sosialt arbeid i praksis og spesielt i kommunikasjonen med brukere. Også tjenestemottakeres erfaringer med bruk av digitale verktøy i kommunikasjonen med profesjonelle studeres, det legges vekt på sosiale medier.
