Velkommen til en DDS-workshop med fokus på tverrfaglighet i forskning på det digitale samfunn.
The project explores how professional child welfare workers experience the use of digital tools in social work in practice and especially in communication with users. Service recipients' experiences of using digital tools in communication with professionals are also studied, with an emphasis on social media.
The project's goal is to acquire new knowledge about how digitalisation affects and changes work processes in Norwegian working life. The main focus is on efficiency and professional cooperation in municipalities. The project also examines how digital technologies can improve the work of professionals by supporting them in their decision-making.
The aim of the project is to help understand digitization processes in the public sector, more specifically the digitization of decision-making processes of leaders in Norwegian municipalities. The project explores how data is used in practice and what consequences occure for managers` and professionals' decision-making.

The Cultural Schoolbag collaboration with Norwegian schools will serve as an example in this project. The project is funded via the FINNUT program of the Research Council of Norway.
